About Me:

I am a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame and a Doctoral Student Affiliate at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. I specialize in comparative politics and legal studies.I have a master’s degree in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University and a master’s in law from the University of Cambridge. I received my LL.B. degree in Law & French from Trinity College Dublin.Prior to commencing my PhD I worked as a corporate lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Freshfields’ London and Dubai offices, where I primarily focused on international structured finance and international financial restructurings, including Islamic finance. While working in Dubai I also held an adjunct position at Zayed University, teaching freshman and sophomore courses.
