My Research:

I have a PhD and a master's degree in political science (UFRGS), a bachelor's degree in international relations (ESPM) and in public policy (UFRGS). I worked with public policy and applied research at the Center for International Studies on Government (CEGOV)  in various projects that involved evaluating the effectiveness of different government policies. Particularly those related to social and educational policies, such as Bolsa Família (PBF) and Brasil Sem Miséria. Between 2016 and 2022, while developing my master's and doctorate, under the guidance of Professor Marcello Baquero, I worked as a researcher at the Research Center on Latin America (NUPESAL). During this period, I developed research focusing on the public opinion of young people, being responsible for planning, implementing and collecting surveys in public and private schools in southern Brazil. Since 2018, I have also been working with the theme of disinformation and media education, as a researcher at the Instituto Liberdade Digital (ILD-SP) (2020-2022) and a consultant in projects to monitor social networks and political participation. Currently, I am a professor at the Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP) within the discipline of State and Civil Society, Researcher at the Research Center in Latin America (NUPESAL-UFRGS) and Consultant/Independent Researcher (AJBB Pesquisas & Consultoria) in themes related to political education, public policies, media education, combating misinformation, social projects and youth(s). PUBLICATIONS (SELECTED)Bernardi, A.J.B & Morais, J.A.
